The Airish Pocket Shawl has been in the making for almost two years. I started it, sat it down and then forgot about it. Would you believe it if I told you that the shawl started off as a Ruana? I swear it did. Crazy huh? My testers worked on their shawls back in August and really knocked it out of the park.

This shawl is made with a combination of a few simple stitches to make an elegant design. You can make this shawl as long or wide as you like, I’ve given all the details in the pattern on how to do that. All you need is the following items:

• 6mm hook
• 2 skeins of 4 weight yarn in Color A
• 2 skeins of 4 weight yarn in Color B
• Scissors
• Yarn needle
